What is Leadership Summit?

Over the course of a three-day weekend, UVSA South’s Leadership Summit is designed for constituents of the Vietnamese Student Associations across the states of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas to develop the leadership skills they need to foster community and promote cultural awareness.

UVSA South Leadership Summit includes a carefully curated mix of workshops, career and leadership development sessions, and social activities to help attendees build their network and cultivate the next generation of community leaders.

The days stretch long with the weight of expectation. The pressure to lead, to grow, or to be enough. It builds until there are days where it’s easy to lose sight of the ‘why.’
