The videos you see to the left will show the differences in roles for different types of users.

About “Posts”

Posts will directly update the Home page to its most recent post. Good for Newsletters and Announcements or just content.

About “Events”

Events will be automatically added chronologically to the home page sidebar content and also will be added automatically to our calendar.

About “Pages”

Pages are static within the website. Should be used for things that will remain consistent. Use the “Order” number to change the hierarchy of the pages.

About “Menus”

Menus can only be updated by a user with administrative privileges. The menu should be updated when there’s new content that will make it easier for users to find certain content.

Admin Area

DO NOT update ANYTHING without Webmaster’s knowledge. The webmaster MUST backup files AND database BEFORE an update in risk of losing ANY and ALL content on our website.
